Tasks of the accounting technician position:

Account for new and used vehicle sales transactions, wholesale sales and exchanges between dealers

Calculate representatives’ commissions and bonuses

Produce monthly reports

Balance the schedules

Make balance payments to various financial institutions

Tasks related to accounts payable

Verify any receipt and obtain appropriate authorization before making a payment.

Prepare checks relating to accounts payable.

Print any accounts payable report and keep records of regular suppliers.

Collaborate on special projects as needed.
