Tasks of the Sales Assistant position:

Assist the Sales Director

Manage exchanges between dealers (make invoices, plan transportation, balance the invoices we receive, store vehicles, write checks, make DAS transfers, etc.)

Store new arrivals of new vehicles

Check that the files are complete before transferring them to accounting

Print specific documents for electric vehicles

Claim programs

Classification of files

Answering the phone during dinner from the receptionist

Prepare checks for vehicle purchases

Prepare gas coupons

Other tasks in collaboration with the Sales Director.

Job requirements:

Resourcefulness: ability to put yourself in solution mode to solve a problem or overcome a difficulty

Organizational skills +++

Experience in a similar position in a car dealership (Asset);

Rigor & Professionalism;

Multitasking abilities, structure and organization;

Have a good sense of priorities;

Good Office 365 IT skills (knowledge of SERTI/MERLIN software an asset).
