Financial Manager Assistant
Drummondville Volkswagen is looking for an Assistant to the Financial Directors.

At Drummondville Volkswagen, we're currently experiencing strong growth. We are looking for an Assistant to support our two Financial Managers.

As an assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and signing sales documents for customers.

Tasks to be performed:

  • Take care of the signing of documents and explanation of vehicles sold;
  • Oversee the preparation for delivery of any vehicle sold, ensuring that the options chosen have been installed correctly and that all features are fully functional;
  • Prepare sales contracts and documents for delivery, and revise sales contracts to ensure that they are properly completed and comply with requirements;
  • Contact customers to arrange pick-up of their vehicles;
  • Send the customer, by e-mail, the information required for a smooth delivery;
  • Prepare delivery files;
  • Receive customers at time of delivery to complete paperwork, collect amounts due and explain vehicle features;
  • Ensure that the file is complete before transfer to accounting;
  • Make customer satisfaction follow-up calls and monitor dealership performance in terms of customer experience;
  • Provide support to sales and commercial managers;
  • Carry out vehicle registration;
  • Introduce customer to parts and accessories department;
  • Introduce customer to service team and schedule their first service appointment;
  • Sell products and services upon delivery;

Profile required :

  • Extreme attention to detail and rigor are essential characteristics for this position;
  • Excellent sense of organization and priorities;
  • Ability to manage stress;
  • Skill with technological tools;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Professional and dynamic;
  • Interpersonal and customer service oriented;
  • Professional experience in a similar position;

Working conditions :

- Our dealership is closed on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays;
