is looking for an experienced parts clerk. Join our great After-Sales Service team at Drummondville Volkswagen

Drummondville Volkswagen is currently looking for an experienced parts clerk for a full-time position to complete its team.

You will be part of a team advocating continuous improvement and the development of its members, with a single common goal: customer satisfaction.

The parts clerk meets customer needs for automotive parts, offering superior service, just like the dealership.

Parts Clerk Position Duties:

  • Provide parts to workshop technicians;
  • Inform customers about their parts request;
  • Proceed with invoicing for parts;
  • Assist in receiving the merchandise;
  • Participate in parts handling;
  • Manage tire inventory;
  • Ensure management of customer tire storage;
  • Classify the pieces;
  • Perform all related tasks ensuring the proper functioning of the department.

Job Requirements:

  • Have knowledge of the automotive sector;
  • Good knowledge of mechanics;
  • Professionalism;
  • Multitasking abilities, structure and organization;
  • Have a good sense of priorities;
  • Good computer skills (knowledge of SDS software an asset).
